Thanks to Clearwater Conservancy of State College, on November 4, 2011, a 152 acre parcel (Galbraith Gap), was transferred to DCNR, becoming part of Rothrock State Forest.  To enhance public use of this property, NMBA will be parterning with Clearwater Conservancy, DCNR and Trail Solutions, to construct 1.1 miles of multi-use trail that will connect from the trailhead to existing trails.
