kevinb Camp for sale - 2009/11/23 16:55 Happened to notice a real estate sign in front of one of the camps going up bear meadows. a bargain at $120k. should we raise dues and make it the NMBA club house??

i say we buy it. they might not let you have water, but it doesn't say anything about a pumptrack. the one here is actually pretty cool. the power of child labor is not to be underestimated.

Of course if you buy this, won't you still be homeless as you are not legally allowed to "reside" in these places.

So close to that flashy stream is not good either, especially since the cutting up watershed a few years back has probably increased run off in that stream a lot.

I'll make a standing offer of 1/3 of $45K.
