Telephone has been in need of major work for years, but its so seldom used its been hard to motivate. The problem with removing the offending rocks is that there is plenty more where that came from. Whats required is some major earth moving. Maybe I'll hit Mumbles up to see if he wants to spring for some machine time, we could make a little Raystown section in Rothrock! (Not really, but since it was once a road, it could be fixed pretty easily with a machine and only look ugly for about 6 months.)
