kevinb Re:Maltodextrin for fuel during endurance riding - 2009/06/11 09:01 true enough, but its fluffer nutters. I tend to save them for the rides out west so i don't get sick of them. took me a couple years to succumb, the others ate them, I stuck with pb&j, but once i finally tried them, never looked back. a little bit of peanut butter protein and the yummy goodness and sugar of marshmallow fluff.
