i'll agree with frank. i've left nothing on the actual trail of lower lonberger. it is and should be the easiest point of admission in rothrock. i've seen a LOT of potential after they logged, but haven't developed any of it, and i don't expect anyone else to do so either. play elsewhere, there's a great number of opportunities in areas with less potential for conflict.
