kevinb jersey design - 2008/02/20 11:30 ok, so heres how to get to the design page for what i was thinking of for the jersey
http://www.champ-sys.com/
then click on custom cycling
then on gallery
then on design gallery
my thought was middle row, fifth one over to the right
the blue scheme
I was thinking NMBA with Nittany Mountain Biking Assoc in smaller font underneath it on the front and back then put the other logos on in other spots
all input and suggestions are welcome

scarcollector Re:jersey design - 2008/02/20 14:55 Yeah, it looks good, sort of a modernish look. I also like the designs bottom row, second and fifth (I think) to the right. More simple and slightly retro. I'll buy one regardless of the design.

hodog Re:jersey design - 2008/02/20 16:36 Kev, the modern one is cool with me. I will be happy just to have a jersey! Personally I like the old school one on the bottom but the enlarged pic doesn't work - so screw it (I'm channeling Raymo with my self waffling here). Seeing that it takes 8 weeks from order to delivery - just do it. It will be really awesome to sport club jerseys when we are hosting rides in May. Thanks for your efforts, and thanks for not spotting the Buckeye Cycling Club jersey in the gallery!

kevinb Re:jersey design - 2008/02/20 16:49 well i was hoping that once everybody saw how awsome the buckeye colors look, they would all say, yea lets go with that, but i guess thats a bit wishful thinking

DarthMyers Re:jersey design - 2008/02/20 19:40 count me in, what color is the lettering going to be?

kevin - the color blue in the scheme looks great and the pattern isn't "loud" but but has a sleek design to it. plus the jersey would match and flow into a plain pair of black, dark or light blue shorts for combination purposes

i second Ho's opinion, if all goes good hopefully they'll be ready for the spring festivities and the PA summit

frank Re:jersey design - 2008/02/20 21:53 I like your choice as well, but I am going to make a pitch for style #17, the black with the green and white stripe. I think thats the Retro one people were talking about?
IF this is a preference vote;
Retro 17 first
Modern 13 next
Ohio, some where around dead last.

Yoda Re:jersey design - 2008/02/20 23:01 yeah I'm with Frank on this one...like the others as well but really dig the #17

kevinb Re:jersey design - 2008/02/21 09:27 as far as lettering goes for NMBA, my first thought was to do it in white against the blue background, but dark blue would work too. dare I ask, any opinions?

Demon of the Fall Re:jersey design - 2008/02/21 09:54 I like the Modern style, #13 in the blue scheme. I also like Kevin's idea of dark blue lettering against the light blue background.
