frank trailwork sept 21 at black Mo - 2008/08/26 17:36 This is tentative, but I wanted to see if there is interest in getting a work day together at Black Mo to help with the newly constructed Ski Slope trail. They are having an event on the 20th of September, but We could put together a separate club day on Sunday.
Whose up for this?

Demon of the Fall Re:trailwork sept 21 at black Mo - 2008/08/28 10:01 That sounds like a good plan to me. I hope we ride after the trail work. But, please don't let HO lead the ride!

hodog Re:trailwork sept 21 at black Mo - 2008/08/28 16:41 HO plans to be Crossin' that day in Baltimore. Your ride will suck.

frank Re:trailwork sept 21 at black Mo - 2008/08/29 21:01 The plan will be to meet at the beach parking area at 9:30 am on the 21st. Wear long pants and bring gloves and water. If people want to bring bikes, we can plan to ride afterwards but be forewarned that if Ho isn't with us, we might actually ride trails that aren't over grown and are actually fun.

hodog Re:trailwork sept 21 at black Mo - 2008/09/02 09:54 Rock Run is in great shape. Actually the fernage should be better. It was already browning and it *should* frost up there in the next 2 weeks. Shingle is very narrow. I'm not sure frost will improve it.

Demon of the Fall Re:trailwork sept 21 at black Mo - 2008/09/03 12:55 The best thing about HO-fest is that you learn where not to ride in Black Moshannon.

br4 Re:trailwork sept 21 at black Mo - 2008/09/17 11:44 Black Moshannon is also having a work day on Saturday if you can't make Sunday or want more fun. It's from 9 to 3 and according to the link below, you can camp for free if you work the whole day.
