I've camped at Susquehannock campground which is accessible from Bakershollow rd. From this camp loop you can do trails to the right or to the left. We had site 49, I think, and it was nice enough to be on the water but the paved climb to the trails is a brute. To be close to the trail and with little road climbing I would suggest sites 1 though 4 or 5 through 8. I believe the camping season at Susquehannock campground ends Sept 8th. Not sure when the privately operated campgrounds close.
