The NMBA encourages responsible use of our trail systems. Natural areas and some trails (such as the Mid State Trail) are designated as foot traffic only, and should NEVER be ridden on.  Slow down and respect hikers, equestrians and other trail users.  Respect hunters and avoid riding during peak hunting times (see the NMBA home page for announcements of these times).
